Install this Shut off WITHOUT having to get inside your barrel!

Drill a 1.25" hole, pinch the rubber Threaded Seal and place in the hole (use your finger to shape it back to round), place a bit of soapy water on the threads of the Bent Neck 1/4 turn ball valve and carefully screw it into the Threaded Seal.

(Note: The threads! One side is Garden Hose. Those threads are further apart. The threaded end where they are closer together is the end to screw into the Threaded Seal)

Having one low on the barrel to drain it and one higher up to get your watering can under is the best way to access the water.
